Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of constructive dialogue in modern conditions. The main factors, providing the productivity of dialogue pursuing, are surveyed. The necessity of respectful attitude of the opponents to each other, their striving to establishing contact and mutual understanding are emphasized. Special attention is paid to the issues of persuasive influence process of business communication.
