Abstract

The article discusses the concept and structure of the high school's creatosphere, clarifies its role in the development of creative and innovative potential, creativity and innovative thinking of future leaders. Based on the analysis of the results of the handout survey conducted among the students specialized in public administration and human resource management the main approaches and factors of developing creatosphere for professional training of future managers in high school are determined.
