Abstract

The article reveals the role of infiltration of universities in the business environment of the region in achieving the strategic goal of innovative renewal of the economy. The selection of effective forms and tools through which the effective integration of universities and businesses in foreign practice is carried out. The necessary measures to ensure its development in the Russian regions are substantiated. The weak points of the modern Russian practice of infiltration of universities into the business environment and the main limitations to the development of this process identified effective forms and tools that distinguish foreign experience in the integration of universities and businesses; justified measures to ensure its development in the regions of Russia.
