Abstract

The article is devoted to cross-cultural analysis. The technique of cross-cultural analysis in the aspect of developing criteria for assessing certain parameters in the management system is in the focus of attention. The author relies on the methodology of Hofstad, considering it promising, but needing an updating and additions. The author considers the issue of the distance of power in a particular culture to be the central aspect of cross-cultural analysis.
