Abstract

The article considers the development of student entrepreneurship as a constructive factor in the expansion of Eurasian cooperation. The building of a youth policy in the Eurasian space can contribute both to the development of an innovative knowledge economy and the growth of high-tech industries, and to strengthening the links between national and regional political and socio-economic actors from the stand-point of "soft power". The material includes the results of a study of the atmosphere in St. Petersburg uni-versities with measuring the level of tolerance and non-discriminatory behaviour which are necessary for productive interactions with other socio-cultural systems, in particular, for the creation of joint start-ups.
