Abstract

The article analyzes the socio-cultural and natural-scientific foundations of scientific criticism in legal science, the features of research culture, its content and technology, the problem of universalization of ideas about the truth of fact, the truth of thought, the truth of the sign (word), the truth of justice, the truth of freedom.
