Abstract

Relevance. This theoretical article is intended to systematize and analyze approaches to researching political confidence in the power-administrative vertical. The author attempted to introduce and justify a new approach to researching confidence based on T. M. Dridze’s works. The scientific problem is that there is an imbalance in confidence level between the subjects of management. The management process in modern Russia is based on the subject-object type of interaction. In order to move to an equal, subject-subject type of management, a sufficiently high level of conficence among the parties should first be achieved. Methodology and methods. In this section of the article, the author gives three approaches to researching confidence: the unity of origin of trust and its types, the approach of independent formation and institutional trust development, as well as their synthesis. The basis for researching the power-administrative vertical here is political management, where the entire power-administrative vertical is built according to a hierarchical principle, where public bodies are the subjects of public administration. In the article the author used the methods of theoretical analysis, generalization and comparison. Scientific results and discussion. In the current section, the scientific concepts of the reseachers of the power-administrative vertical and the management system reforming in Russia are presented. Special emphasis is given to the works by T.M. Dridze, particularly, to the dialogical model of communication and forecasting social design. Conclusions. All the considered theoretical concepts highlighted the need for changes and reforms in the Russian power-administrative vertical at the system level. Citizens and authorities must recognize each other’s right to make mistakes, which should encourage both sides to maintain constructive relationships enabling them to develop joint solutions to resolve various situations.
