Abstract

Instilling a healthy lifestyle (HL) to the population is an urgent task of the public health status, since it affects both the life expectancy of people and its quality and is an important component of the economic life of the country, since a healthy nation is the basis for the national development and prosperity. To attract different segments of the population to conduct healthy lifestyle in everyday life, it is necessary to scrutinize what factors of the social environment affect a person’s conscious and systematically reasonable behavior (optimal motor mode, tempering activities, balanced and rational nutrition, optimal work and rest regime, rejection of bad habits, stable emotional and psychological stability in negative and stressful situations), which provides an individual with physical, mental, spiritual and social well-being in the environment, they also contribute to active longevity. The study of factors and conditions for the healthy lifestyle development, which directly contribute to the development an adequate attitude to the conduct of a proper lifestyle, was carried out on the basis of domestic and foreign scientific research using a descriptive and analytical method. In the course of our research, it has been established that, despite the social, economic, legislative, educational, sanitary and hygienic measures taken by the state and Health Care Ministry, the success of a healthy lifestyle development depends on how consciously each citizen treats the protection and promotion of their health throughout their life, and not in a certain time.
