Main trends of modern project management in 2019

Abstract

Currently, there is a rapid development of project management. Various enterprises and organizations seeking to meet the needs of the customer and increase profits, improve not only the products, but also approaches to the conduct of the corporate project management system. The basic problem now is to identify key areas of development and the possibility of their practical application. As a scientific task, it is supposed to introduce the main indicators of the organizational structure development for quick response to the external environment, as well as to optimize the project management system. The article analyzes not only foreign theoretical research in the field of project management, as an indicator of the growth of the Manager's functions, but also the introduction of artificial intelligence designed to simulate multi-tasking situations, staff unloading and risk reduction in the management system. Based on these studies, the methodological problems of searching for key areas of project development in the machine-building complex, as well as their application as part of the research facility, are revealed. Results: the study resulted in ideas and suggestions on certain areas of development and modernization of the enterprise to improve the efficiency of the project manager. The scientific novelty is to consider the future of project management in organizations through the key elements of development and their subsequent evolution. As a conclusion, the ways of modernization of the project management system are proposed, the current state is evaluated, and the main aspects of solving the problem are identified. The synergistic effect of the implemented proposals will allow to improve project management at the enterprise, optimizing not only the possibility of training personnel, but also to develop the technological side of this system.
