Abstract

The development of inclusive education for children with disabilities is one of the priorities for the development of education at all levels. Special attention is paid to the development of inclusive education at the level of general education as providing a foundation for the inclusion of children with disabilities in the system of vocational education and further self-realization in various spheres of life. The success of inclusive education for children with disabilities depends on the quality of management of its implementation and development. Purpose. To identify, reveal the characteristics and analyze management practices in the development of inclusive education of children with disabilities. The research is based on the analysis of normative legal documents, scientific and methodological literature, information posted on the official websites of Federal and regional authorities in the field of education. The analysis of information sources allowed typifying five management practices currently operating in the field of development of inclusive education of children with disabilities. Each management practice is justified, has its advantages and disadvantages, determined by the author based on the analysis of sources and experience of his own professional activity in the field of education. The results of the study can be taken as a basis for the development of inclusive education at the regional or municipal levels. Based on the analysis of management practices, the conclusion is formulated about the need to study the effectiveness of the considered practices for the development of inclusive education of children with disabilities and the replication of the most effective ones into mass practice.
