Abstract

The purpose of the research is to study of the factors that determine the transfer of the necessary data for the operation of the enterprise from the competence of the personnel to the information system and the possibility of making adequate management decisions to predict the behavior of the managed system. The work is based on the analysis of legal acts, theoretical and practical approaches to the problems of digitalization of the economy in еру modern context. Having studied the experience of adapting the personalization of products and services to the requirements of each particular consumer, the experience of changing the culture of sales from mass product offerings to personalized to each individual customer, the need to develop the concept of "product as a service", as well as the emergence of a "new" key factor of production – digital data was identified. The obtained results can be used to develop models allowing to implement such control algorithms of the system, which will ensure the performance of its assignment indicators in the entire permissible range of external and internal influences. Scientific novelty consists in the development of a specific factor approach to the model of cost reduction and development of information processing.
