Management of Procurement and Financial Standing of Companies in a Volatile Macroeconomic Environment

Abstract

Purpose. To assess procurement and financial standing of companies in the agricultural sector of the Russian economy in a volatile economic environment. Methods. Economic-statistical methods: method of data mapping; method of graphic modeling and groups; retrospective analysis; method of expert evaluations were used. Results. Favorable trends in changes of the property and financial standing of agricultural companies of the country in a volatile economic environment because of the active implementation of the import substitution program are revealed. Conclusions. For long-term maintenance of modernization and increase of efficient functioning of an agrarian economic sector, it is necessary to develop a complex of actions including monitoring of economic entities standing, an assessment of their activity efficiency and implementation maintenance programs of import substitution policy in a volatile economic environment.
