The strategy of transition to efficient contract and features of motivation of health workers

Abstract

The paper analyzes the factors of differentiation payment of medical workers, the structure of their motivation to work and the role of the motive of making money. The problem of the choice of transition strategy for effective contract - setting priorities in different parts of the increase in wages: the base, depending on the skill level, and challenging, depending on the performance of work. It is proved that the interpretation adopted by the government effective contract may result in poor performance implementation of this institution, if it is not complemented by changes in the mechanisms for ensuring compliance with wage level of skills of workers.
