Abstract

The article is focused on antitrust regulation of vertical restrains in Russia. For the purpose of comparative analysis the authors classify the existing types of vertical restraints. The investigation of the statute law in Russian Federation and European Union is based on the proposed scheme. The analysis uncovers some conflict of laws in Russia, which inhibits proper conclusions about severity of law. To shed light on the relation between Russian legislation and its execution with respect to vertical restraints the authors examine litigated and administrative cases.
