Technology-innovative special economic zone and the prospects for Russia's modernization

Abstract

Since the history of the formation of Russian SEZ, and provided preferential treatment have been analyzed previously, there is no need to dwell on these issues in detail. In this article we will consider Russian technology development of SEZs compared with the same zonal practice in China.
