Abstract

D i e s e A r b e i t g i b t e i n e Ü b e r s i c h t d e r arbeitswissenschaftlichen Empfehlungen zur Dienstplanung bei Nacht- und Schichtbeschäftigten auf Grundlage des Deutschen Arbeitszeitrechts am Beispiel des stationären Pflegedienstes in einem K r a n k e n h a u s . E s w e r d e n n e b e n d e r Literaturrecherche auch stationäre Pflegekräfte befragt (qualitative Forschung), welche tagtäglich von Schicht- und Nachtarbeit betroffen sind. Das Hauptziel sind Unfälle, Übermüdungen sowie daraus resultierende krankheitsbedingte Ausfälle zu kompensieren, was mit diesen Empfehlungen möglich ist.
