Abstract

Introduction. Digitalization affects all spheres of life, including education, health, and public administration. Adapting human resources in these areas is necessary in order to utilize new technologies and improve the quality of services effectively. The article aims to highlight some of the issues of training and adaptation of qualified personnel in the conditions of the digital economy. Materials and Methods. The materials included articles on adaptation in the conditions of digitalization, the theory of work organization, change management, and modern training methods. Research methods: content analysis, analysis of publications, press releases, and company materials related to their adaptation strategies. Results of the study. Fast and quality adaptation to a new environment is critical for students because it affects their ability to work and the amount of information they learn. The challenge for higher education institutions is to help students discover their adaptive skills and achieve their goals in the complex and changing world of the digital economy. Conclusion. Developing and implementing new human resource management methods, such as flexible schedules, remote work, and digital platforms, create new challenges and research opportunities. Transition to the digital economy requires revising educational standards and programs. This opens up opportunities for developing new academic initiatives, courses, and professional development programs which can be the subject of research.
