Abstract

In a broad conceptual understanding, consensus expresses a certain state of social, collective (corporate) or individual consciousness, in which individuals (carriers of this consciousness), belonging to different social groups, layers and classes, are oriented towards a social partnership strategy or other communicative behavior strategies. The aim of the article is to systematize and develop the specifics of the concept, meaning and content of strategic consensus in the implementation of the strategy at the regional level. The study is based on the use of the dialectical method of analysis of economic processes and a systematic approach to the study of consensus categories. The article identifies the main features and specifics of the regional strategic consensus, which consists in the fact that it combines all three main hierarchical levels of management, and is also a multifaceted design that includes such elements as level, volume, content and place. As a result of the study, it can be stated that strategic consensus in the implementation of the region’s strategy is a fundamental factor in the success of its implementation.
