Innovative activities management technology of the oil and gas corporation

Many industrial corporations make a large investment in research and development in the field of production, ecology, etc., but today it is noticeable that the insufficient development of technology in the field of corporate innovation management does not adequately increase the effectiveness of innovation. The purpose of the article is to develop the innovative activities management technology of the oil and gas corporation. To achieve the goal, we propose to solve the following problems: to study the essence of innovative processes in management, to explore the concept of “technology”, including in the management of innovative activities, and to develop the technology of the management processes of innovative activities based on the proposed innovative processes of the integrative management model. Research methods: theoretical, deductive and applied. The paper compares the general concepts of technologies, including management technologies, analysis of innovation management processes of Gazprom and Petrobras. Results of the research: the technology of innovative processes of the integrated management model for the design of innovative activities management technology of oil and gas corporations was developed. Conclusion: due to the low competition in the innovation activity of oil and gas corporations due to the monopolization of the market and the lack of adequate methods, by researching innovative processes and approaches for managing innovative activities, the developed innovation management technology supports corporations in launching their own innovations through their acquisition on the market condition of the economic and political crisis in the world and at the low price of oil and gas.
