Diseño para la emisión de bonos públicos en Cuba

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda el tema del financiamiento al déficit fiscal mediante la emisión de bonos públicos, que, aunque constituye una opción de alto costo, resulta más factible en las actuales condiciones de desempeño de la economía cubana por los riesgos que implica la monetización al mismo, que es la fórmula utilizada por el Estado hasta este momento.
