Sharing de bens intermediários, habilidades e prêmio de salário: uma análise multinível aplicada à Zona Franca de Manaus

Abstract

O estudo investiga como o sharing de bens intermediários e a composição do mercado de trabalho local, influenciaram os salários nominais de trabalhadores vinculados às firmas instaladas na Zona Franca de Manaus (ZFM) em 2015. A qualificação das ocupações é definida por scores de habilidades envolvendo competência cognitiva, social e motora; enquanto sharing de bens intermediários configuram conexões intersetoriais extraídas da Matriz Insumo-Produto calculada para o estado do Amazonas, ano base 2015. Após o controle das características individuais do trabalhador, estimativas obtidas via modelo multinível revelaram que o prêmio de salário é fortemente determinado pelo matching habilidades-estrutura produtiva local. Além disso, os retornos são mais significativos quando habilidades cognitivas estão sujeitas a um processo interativo envolvendo trocas de bens intermediários no mercado local.
