Impactos Regionais da Reestruturação Produtiva no Brasil Pós-Crise 2008: uma análise dinâmica shift-share integrada com SUR espacial

Abstract

Diante da iminente perda de dinamismo que abateu a indústria brasileira pós-crise 2008, o artigo avalia como a produtividade regional por trabalhador tem reagido a mudanças na composição industrial e fatores específicos da competitividade regional. Para tanto, apresenta-se um método inovador que incorpora decomposição shift-share multisetorial a regressões SUR. Os resultados revelaram que mudanças tecnológicas induzidas pelo mix-industrial não foram significativas o suficiente para reduzir as disparidades regionais, no período 2007 a 2018. A ausência de dinamismo abriu espaço para ganhos de produtividade formados por fatores específicos, relacionados a vantagens naturais, principalmente.
