Abstract

Fokus riset ini merupakan guna mengenali bagaimana Return on Equity (ROE) serta Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) berdampak secara parsial serta bersamaan pada nilai perusahaan PT Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia Tbk, yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dari 2017 sampai 2023. Riset ini dilakukan dengan metode asosiatif. Data sekunder yang dipakai dalam riset ini didapat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) serta web website industri yang relevan. Analisa data yang dipakai dalam riset ini mencakup uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, autokorelasi, regresi linear berganda, serta uji normalitas. Menurut temuan riset, Return on Equity (ROE) mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara negatif, Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara relatif kecil, serta Return on Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) masing- masing mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan.
