Abstract

Kurumsallaşma bir işletmenin çalışma süreçlerinin kişilerden, kişilerin özel yaşantısından ve kişiliğinden etkilenmeden, belirlenmiş kurallara ve oluşturulan işletme prosedürlerine uygun çalışması olarak tanımlanabilir. İşletmelerde kurumsallaşma, öncelikle uzun ömürlü olmanın, daha sonra başarı ve sürdürülebilirliğin en önemli şartlarındandır. Bu bakımdan kurumsallaşma tüm işletmeler gibi bankalar ve finans işletmeleri ve ilgili hizmetler açısından oldukça önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı bankalar ve finans işletmelerinde kurumsallaşma düzeylerinin stajyer bakış açısıyla belirlenmesi ve analiz edilmesidir. Bir işletmede kurumsallaşmanın varlığını hissetmek için uzun bir çalışma süresi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, bankalar ve finans işletmelerinde 40 iş günü kesintisiz staj yapan bankacılık ve finans lisans öğrencilerinin bakış açıları ve görüşleri üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Bu anket, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren banka ve finans işletmelerini kapsamaktadır. Kurumsallaşma düzeyleri konusundaki gözlemler ve hissedilenlerden elde edilen verilen veriler, anket yöntemiyle toplanarak nitel olarak yorumlanmıştır.
