Mükemmeli̇yetçi̇li̇k İle Öfke Arasindaki̇ İli̇şki̇de Akildişi İnançlarin Araci Rolü

Abstract

Öfke, kişilerin çeşitli durum, olay, kişi ve nesnelere karşı verdikleri duygusal bir tepkidir. Bu duygusal tepkinin kontrol altında yaşanması olumlu bir gelişme iken kontrolsüz yaşanması birçok olumsuzluğu beraberinde getirmektedir. Kişilerin öfke duygularında kişilik özellikleri ve bilişlerinin etkili olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu çalışmada mükemmeliyetçilik, akıldışı inançlar ve sürekli öfke arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla, katılımcılara içerisinde sosyodemografik bilgi formu, Kısaltılmış Genel Tutum ve İnanç Ölçeği, Frost Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği ve Sürekli Öfke Ölçeği’nin bulunduğu anket formu uygulanmıştır. Çalışmaya 149’u kadın ve 44’ü erkek olmak üzere toplam 193 kişi katılmıştır. Yapılan karşılaştırma analizinde kadınların mükemmeliyetçilik ve sürekli öfke puanları erkeklerden yüksek bulunmuştur. Mükemmeliyetçilik, akıldışı inançlar ve sürekli öfke arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki hesaplanmıştır. Son olarak mükemmeliyetçilik ile sürekli öfke arasındaki ilişkide akıldışı inançların kısmi aracılık rolü olduğu görülmüştür. Öfkenin etiyolojisinin anlaşılmasında ve etkin psikoterapi tekniklerinin kullanılmasında mükemmeliyetçi kişilik özellikleri ve akıldışı inançların etkisi önemli görülmektedir.
