Abstract

Günümüz dünyasında örgüt kültürünün temel amacı, müşteri isteklerini gerçekleştirerek memnuniyetini arttıracak strateji ve yöntemlerin geliştirilmesini sağlamaktır. Bu gelişim, hızla değişen dünyada örgütlerin değişimlere uyum sağlayabilmeleri için stratejik bir örgüt kültürü ve misyonu oluşturmayı gerekli kılmıştır. Bu noktada işletmelerin bir stratejiye sahip olması gerekmektedir. Amaçların başarıya ulaşabilmeleri çeşitli stratejik yönetim uygulamalarına bağlıdır. Yenilikten uzak kalan bir örgüt, sürekli değişen yeniliklere uyum sağlayamayacaktır. Örgütlerde statejik yönetim ve enstrümanlarının uygulanmasıyla verimlilik artacak, müşteri memnuniyeti sağlanıp kâr oranlarının yükselmesi pozitif yönde olacaktır. Bu çalışmada stratejik yönetim ve enstrümanlarının örgütlere olan etkileri yerli ve yabancı bilimsel kaynaklardan yararlanıp, sistematik olarak analizi yapılacaktır.
