Macron Ve Sarkozy'Ni̇n Türki̇ye'Ni̇n Avrupa Bi̇rli̇ği̇ Üyeli̇ği̇ Konusunda Söylemleri̇ni̇n Karşilaştirmali Anali̇zi̇

Abstract

Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliğine muhtemel üyeliği, üye ülkeler arasında tartışmalı bir konudur. Ülkeler arası farklı görüşler olmakla birlikte; aynı ülkelerin farklı hükümetlerinde de Türkiye’nin üyeliğine olumlu veya olumsuz yaklaşımlar olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada Fransa’da iki farklı cumhurbaşkanının Türkiye’nin üyeliğine yaklaşımları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmiştir. İnceleme öncesinde Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği serüveni kısaca ele alınmış ve Fransa’nın konu ile ilgili genel siyasi tutumu irdelenmiştir. Nicolas Sarkozy ve Emmanuel Macron’un Türkiye’nin AB üyeliği ile ilgili söylemlerinin analizi için söylem analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Daha etkili bir analiz için iki cumhurbaşkanının siyasi profilleri çalışmada ortaya koyulmuştur. Siyaset insanlarının profillerinin incelemesi ve söylem analizinin de yardımıyla, Türkiye’nin Avrupa Birliği üyeliği konusundaki Fransa devletinin yaklaşımı dönemsel olarak tespit edilmiştir. Makalenin yazım amacına ulaşılması için karşılaştırmalı bir yöntem benimsenmiştir.
