Eti̇k Problem Olarak Kurumlarda Örgütsel Kayirmacilik

Abstract

Kayırmacılık, kurumlarda en çok rastlanılan etik ahlak ve örgütsel davranış problemlerindendir. Kayrılanın kim olduğu kayırmacılığın türlerini belirlemekte; kayrılan karar verici durumunda olanların akrabası ise kayırmacılık, ‘Nepotizm’ adını almakta, eş-dost çevresinden ise ‘Kronizm’ adını almaktadır. Klientalizm, literatürde siyasi kayırmacılığın karşılıklı menfaat içerisinde oluşması anlamına gelmekte, genelde siyasi alanda yerini bulmaktadır. Özel örgütlerde klientalizmle ilgili kavramsal bir yaklaşıma rastlanılmamış olup; klientalizmi özel işletmelere uyarlamaya çalıştığımızda, karar verici konumunda olan yöneticilerin dış alemde işletmenin faaliyetiyle bağlantılı kurdukları ilişkilerde şirketin çıkarlarından çok şahsi maddi ve politik çıkarları doğrultusunda hareket etmeleridir’ gibi bir tanımlama yapabilmektedir. Makalede kayırmacılığın türleri, boyutları ve nedenleri ele alınarak, Türkiye’de son 20 yılda yapılan araştırmalar literatür taramasına dahil edilmiştir.
