İslam Geleneği̇ne Göre Yöneti̇ci̇leri̇n Ve Li̇derleri̇n Taşimasi Gereken Özelli̇kler

Abstract

İslam dini liderliğe hilafet/imamet çerçevesinde yaklaşmaktadır. Yöneticilerin göstermesi gereken liderlik özelliklerinin tamamı hem Kur’an-ı Kerim'de hilafet/imamet çerçevesinde buyurulmaktadır hem de İslami düşünürlerin eserlerinde önerilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Kur'an-ı Kerim'deki ayetleri, son Peygamber Muhammed (sav) ile ilgili kaynakları ve İslami düşünürlerin eserlerini inceleyerek yöneticilerin İslam geleneği çerçevesinde önerilen liderlik özelliklerini ortaya koymaktır. Buna ek olarak, Müstakil Sanayici ve İş Adamları Derneği (MÜSİAD) üyesi olan işadamlarının bu nitelikleri taşıyıp taşımadığı ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştırr. Araştırmanın yöntemi; literatür taraması ve mülakattır. Bu bağlamda ilk olarak Kur'an-ı Kerim’deki hadisler, İslami şaheserleri ve İslami filozoflar tarafından İslami yöneticiler için yazılan eserler irdelenmiştir. Ardından, MÜSİAD Bursa şubesi üyeleriyle mülakat yapılmış ve elde edilen veriler nitel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak istatistiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Bulgulara göre MÜSİAD üyeleri İslami gelenek bağlamında önerilen tüm liderlik niteliklerini taşımaktadırlar.
