El doble rol de la responsabilidad social empresarial de los medios de comunicacion en Puno (comparativo 2015 y 2021)(The dual role of corporate social responsibility of the media in Puno (Comparative 2015 and 2021))

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigacion es comparar las practicas del doble rol de la responsabilidad social empresarial de los medios de comunicacion en Puno en los anos 2015 y 2021. En cuanto a la metodologia corresponde a una investigacion descriptiva comparativa de ocho medios de comunicacion de Puno (Peru) que ademas de ser los de mayor audiencia, desarrollan practicas de responsabilidad social desde un doble rol que considera aspectos de: Responsabilidad Social Empresarial especifico del sector de los medios y Responsabilidad Social Empresarial comun a todos los sectores. El instrumento utilizado fue el propuesto por la Fundacion Nuevo Periodismo Iberoamericano (2008), diligenciado a los directivos de los medios objeto de estudio. Los resultados muestran respecto al primer rol, que los medios, producto de la crisis sanitaria han generado contenidos prioritariamente sobre la pandemia mundial por la covid-19; asimismo, se evidencia que, dentro de los aspectos especificos del sector de los medios, tanto en el ano 2015 y 2021 se mantiene una preeminencia por la "Libertad de expresion". Sobre el segundo rol, tambien prevalecio el tema salud, hay concordancia que en los anos 2015 y 2021 predominaron tematicas de impacto ambiental, derechos humanos e impacto en la sociedad. Se concluye que la dualidad de roles ha acentuado en la agenda sobre el SARS-CoV-2 en el ano 2021, por otro lado, se consolidan practicas o acciones de responsabilidad social del sector de los medios en Puno relativamente mas estable en el segundo rol.
