Abstract

El presente articulo corresponde a la segunda parte de la investigacion: Una metodologia para la identificacion y cierre de brechas de conocimiento en el capital humano para una organizacion innovadora basada en conocimiento; la primera parte de la investigacion se centro en la identificacion de requerimientos de este tipo de organizacion y la revision bibliografica de metodologias similares. Al no hallarse en la busqueda una metodologia que reuniera todos los elementos requeridos, la investigacion continuo con esta segunda parte que tiene como objetivo la propuesta del diseno de una metodologia ideal para la Corporacion de Ciencia y Tecnologia para el Desarrollo de la Industria Naval, Maritima y Fluvial (Cotecmar), empresa caso de estudio. La propuesta fue disenada adaptando algunos elementos encontrados en las metodologias evaluadas, e incorporando otros nuevos obteniendose como resultado una metodologia dinamica compuesta de tecnicas y herramientas para la recoleccion, tratamiento y presentacion de datos, que permiten con rapidez la identificacion de brechas de conocimiento mediante la clasificacion de este en las categorias Medular, Organizacional y TIC's; y en los niveles Aprendiz, Conocedor, Experto y Maestro; adicional, presenta estrategias para el seguimiento y cierre de brechas.
