Promoviendo aprendizaje organizacional. Gestion de lecciones aprendidas en Formatur Camaguey(Promoting organizational learning. Management of lessons learned at Formatur Camaguey)

Abstract

En el Centro de Capacitacion del Turismo, Formatur Camaguey, el conocimiento creado por equipos de trabajo en la solucion de problemas de la practica educativa o de investigacion desarrollo no siempre ha encontrado vias adecuadas de socializacion, permanece como conocimiento tacito en algunos individuos, no se externaliza, lo que limita el capital intelectual de esta organizacion. Se siguio un paradigma cualitativo, mediante un esquema de investigacion-accion-participacion, el cual permitio validar un procedimiento que estructurado en fases (preparacion, exteriorizacion, combinacion, validacion, publicacion e interiorizacion) posibilita recuperar el conocimiento creado, la experiencia adquirida, en forma de lecciones aprendidas (Lessons Learned) para la organizacion Formatur Camaguey. El procedimiento se aplico en dos proyectos desarrollados con altos criterios de efectividad, calidad e impacto, lograndose formalizar los aprendizajes alcanzados que fueron puestos a disposicion de la organizacion. Se cuenta con una herramienta de gestion del conocimiento, que tributa al aprendizaje organizacional.
