Factores socioeconomicos que influyen en la demanda de construccion de viviendas en la provincia de Cienfuegos(Socioeconomic factors that influence the demand for housing construction in the province of Cienfuegos)

Abstract

El objetivo de este articulo es presentar un procedimiento que permita identificar aquellas variables relevantes que influyen en la demanda de construccion de nuevas viviendas y otras acciones constructivas. A partir de un estudio bibliografico se demuestra el vinculo socioeconomico territorial al comportamiento de la demanda de viviendas y logra seleccionar un conjunto de 41 variables. Mediante un procedimiento disenado que utiliza el trabajo con grupo de expertos, tecnicas estadisticas y herramientas de analisis de redes sociales se encuentran ocho variables y cuatro conjuntos relacionados de ellas, que pueden ser utilizados para conformar modelos de pronosticos de demanda de construccion de viviendas.
