Abstract

El factor humano ha ido adquiriendo relevancia para las organizaciones que buscan un continuo mejoramiento de su competitividad. Empiricamente a lo largo de disimiles investigaciones se ha demostrado que la Gestion de los Recursos Humanos (GRH) incide en los resultados organizacionales. El presente articulo tiene el objetivo de analizar las relaciones de incidencia que existen entre los procesos sustantivos que atanen a la GRH y algunos indicadores que se toman como referencia para evaluar el desempeno de las organizaciones. Con este fin se emplea la Teoria de los Efectos Olvidados (TEO), usualmente utilizada para el analisis de las relaciones de causalidad, extrapolada a la GRH elemento en el que descansa la novedad de la propuesta
