Empresas B con proposito de impacto: El caso de CAPSA FOOD(B companies with impact purpose: the case of Capsa Food)

Abstract

En los ultimos anos, se ha detectado un cambio en los estilos de vida y habitos de compra de los consumidores, cada vez mas conscientes de las consecuencias de sus actos sobre la sociedad. En sus decisiones de consumo, ademas de las variables tradicionales como el precio o la calidad, consideran factores relacionados con la sostenibilidad, como la contaminacion ambiental, el bienestar animal o los valores eticos. Este fenomeno se ha agudizado a raiz de la pandemia Covid19, provocando que los consumidores quieran convertirse en el motor de cambio que impulse a las empresas a actuar de forma mas etica y respetuosa con el entorno. En consecuencia, ha proliferado el numero de sellos y certificaciones relacionadas con el compromiso social y medioambiental de las empresas. Bajo el paraguas de la certificacion B Corp - estandar global que reconoce a las empresas con proposito de impacto-, este trabajo presenta el caso de CAPSA FOOD, en tanto primera empresa lactea espanola en obtener la certificacion de Empresa B, y se identifican sus principales ambitos de actuacion e iniciativas en materia de compromiso social y medioambiental.
