El marketing social y las condiciones del consumo de alimentos saludables en los jovenes(Social marketing and the conditioners of healthy food consumption among young people)

Abstract

> Esse artigo analisa o consumo alimentar sob o escopo do marketing social para investigar os aspectos comportamentais que podem influenciar a adocao da alimentacao saudavel pelo publico-alvo do estudo. Considerando os habitos alimentares de individuos jovens adultos e o potencial impacto em questoes de saude publica, elaborou-se modelo teorico de oito hipoteses, as quais foram testadas a partir da operacionalizacao de survey nas cidades da Paraiba, resultando em 310 respondentes. Os resultados consistiram na caracterizacao do perfil demografico, na verificacao do fator moderador pela estatistica t e no modelo de regressao linear simples. Os resultados apontam que os fatores de auto identidade, do valor da saude, das barreiras e dos incentivos para a alimentacao saudavel influenciam a intencao para os habitos alimentares saudaveis entre os jovens adultos da amostra.
