Herramientas Matematicas como Via para el Diseno de Sistemas de Estimulacion Laboral

Abstract

Resultados eficientes y competitivos son elementales para la permanencia de cualquier organizacion en el mercado, por ende, cada dia se hace necesario la adopcion de un enfoque sistemico integral que tenga en cuenta todas las areas de la entidad. La adecuada gestion de las actividades que conforman la logistica empresarial, asi como las del area de recursos humanos constituye una via para el logro de la excelencia empresarial. El presente estudio fue desarrollado en el Grupo Empresarial TABACUBA, y el foco de analisis lo constituyo la Empresa de Tabaco Torcido Partagas, donde se efectuo un diagnostico tanto de su sistema logistico como del area de recursos humanos, detectandose una serie de problemas que no solo perjudican la contabilidad de la empresa y del Grupo, sino que repercuten en las exportaciones del producto. El objetivo general de la investigacion es elaborar una propuesta de incentivos que alivien o erradiquen los problemas que aquejan hoy a la empresa y al Grupo en general empleando las bondades de la logica difusa. Una vez aplicada esta propuesta de incentivos se espera mejoren los resultados economicos de Partagas y del Grupo en su conjunto.
