Teoria de Subconjuntos Borrosos y Analisis Envolvente de Datos para la Estimacion de Precios en la Exportacion de Productos Biotecnologicos

Abstract

La biotecnologia constituye desde hace ya algunos anos uno de los sectores fundamentales para el desarrollo economico cubano. Su importante papel esta dado entre otros elementos, por el caracter creciente que tienen sus exportaciones de productos de alto valor agregado. Sin embargo, al ser un sector altamente competitivo a nivel internacional, muchas decisiones de marketing presentan un alto componente de incertidumbre. A la par de esto, se han desarrollado algunas herramientas matematicas con el fin de reducir el caracter subjetivo de la toma de decisiones empresariales y con ello, la incertidumbre. En el presente trabajo se elabora una propuesta de procedimiento para la formacion de precios de productos biotecnologicos de exportacion, con base en la teoria de subconjuntos borrosos y el analisis envolvente de datos. Finalmente se aplica la propuesta en el producto biosimilar Hebervital y se concluye que el procedimiento reduce la incertidumbre en la toma de decisiones. En especial la utilizacion de numeros borrosos triangulares apoya en gran medida el proceso de negociacion.
