Gestion del Conocimiento al Interior de las Instituciones de Educacion Superior

Abstract

En las Instituciones de Educacion Superior, de acuerdo su propia legislacion, las funciones sustantivas de docencia e investigacion recaen en mayor medida en los profesores de tiempo completo. Ellos deben planificar, coordinar y controlar los flujos de conocimiento que se producen en relacion a sus actividades y con su entorno, a fin de crearse competencias esenciales. A partir del aprendizaje que se genera al interior de las IES, y bajo el enfoque del modelo de gestion de Nonaka y Takeuchi (1995), este trabajo tiene el objetivo de disenar un procedimiento para socializar, externalizar, combinar e internalizar el conocimiento del profesor de tiempo completo (PTC), con la finalidad de ayudarle a gestionar sus propios saberes y experiencias. El procedimiento se disena a partir de la exploracion de un estudio de caso simple que permite analizar y describir las actividades y relaciones que el profesor realiza. La principal aportacion es el diseno del procedimiento que contribuye a facilitar la gestion del propio conocimiento del PTC, de tal forma que: en la socializacion logre la interaccion que le permita compartir experiencias y modelos mentales; en la externalizacion aborde el dialogo y la reflexion colectiva significativa que ayude a enunciar el saber tacito oculto, que de otra manera resulta dificil de comunicar; en la combinacion se dirija hacia la formalizacion y distribucion del aprendizaje recien creado y el existente; y finalmente en la internalizacion logre el aprender haciendo. Al llegar a esta etapa el proceso se reinicia con un conocimiento apropiado y capitalizado.
