Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido conocer el grado de orientacion a la responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) y las medidas de RSC llevadas a cabo por el Gran Hotel Don Manuel (situado en Caceres, Espana). Para ello se ha realizado una entrevista al director del hotel, cuyo guion se ha basado en los distintos indicadores de la escala de Gallardo et al (2013). Como principal conclusion, se puede destacar que la empresa tiene un buen grado de orientacion hacia la RSC, pudiendo en todos los casos mejorarla con las adecuadas politicas.
