La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa: Iniciativa para el Desarrollo en Latinoamerica(Corporate Social Responsibility: Initiative for Development in Latin America)

Abstract

El presente articulo examina distintas teorias sobre el desarrollo en el territorio latinoamericano y su relacion con una teoria de Management (RSE). El objetivo es analizar como se han ido anexando al modelo global las inquietudes locales propias de la region latinoamericana en las practicas empresariales. Se basa en una revision bibliografica con un enfoque descriptivo, desde el punto de vista cultural del tema de estudio en esta zona geografica. Las principales conclusiones del analisis demuestran una evolucion en la interpretacion del desarrollo en America Latina y resaltan la importancia que tiene la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial como una iniciativa para que vaya de la mano con la busqueda del desarrollo bajo una perspectiva situada, pensada desde la realidad del territorio regional latinoamericano y sus necesidades especificas.
