Experiencia en el diagnostico de la Gestion de Informacion con Enfoque de Arquitectura de Informacion Empresarial

Abstract

En el presente articulo se expone la experiencia de diagnosticar la gestion de la informacion en una empresa de servicios informaticos del sector turistico con un enfoque de Arquitectura de Informacion Empresarial. Para ello se parte de una precision de la definicion de este concepto y su relacion directa con la gestion de la informacion. Ademas se utiliza un procedimiento de diagnostico elaborado para tales fines, que evalua parametros relacionados directamente con los elementos de una Arquitectura de Informacion Empresarial. Como resultado se diagnostican los principales problemas informacionales existentes en el area objeto de estudio y se concluye que existe una deficiente gestion de informacion en la misma.
