Abstract

Para las empresas de desarrollo de software el capital intelectual constituye su activo mas valioso, es por ello que la continua formacion de sus recursos humanos, resulta imprescindible para lograr el exito. El presente trabajo describe el modelo de capacitacion en la linea de desarrollo de software implementado en la empresa DESOFT. Se enumeran las acciones de diagnostico y de ensenanza realizadas, asi como los resultados obtenidos.
