Gestion Documental y su Impacto en el Sector Empresarial Cubano

Abstract

En el presente articulo se aborda la tendencia actual de los sistemas de gestion documental como nuevos paradigmas de gestion organizacional. Se realiza un enfasis en el sector empresarial cubano y el impacto de la gestion de informacion, documental y del conocimiento en los nuevos escenarios del sector empresarial cubano en las actuales condiciones de actualizacion del Modelo Economico. Se destaca a su vez el trabajo por proyectos que se establece entre las universidades y el sector empresarial. Se exponen algunos resultados derivados del diagnostico de los subsistemas de informacion, documentacion y conocimiento, aplicadas en las Unidades Docentes pertenecientes al Grupo Empresarial en Perfeccionamiento, aportando sugerencias y buenas practicas, que permitan retroalimentar a las organizaciones en el uso de metodologias, herramientas y tecnologias basadas en el acceso abierto que permita apoyar a las empresas en el cumplimiento de las resoluciones y decretos ley vigentes en el pais; asi como identificar los problemas que afectan al subsistema de gestion de informacion y documentacion, elementos claves que constituyen factores dinamizadores en el exito empresarial.
