Propuesta de una metodologia para el analisis de la informacion delictiva de alto impacto en el Estado de Morelos, Mexico 2012-2013

Abstract

Objetivo. Proponer y ensayar una metodologia de analisis de la informacion de los delitos de alto impacto en el Estado de Morelos, Mexico en el periodo 2012-2013. Metodologia. La informacion basica proviene del Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Publica de la Secretaria de Gobernacion para los siguientes ocho delitos: secuestro, homicidio doloso, lesion dolosa con arma blanca, robo comun a transeuntes sin violencia, robo comun a transeuntes con violencias, robo comun de vehiculos sin violencia, robo comun de vehiculos con violencia y, extorsion. Se utilizaron las proyecciones de poblacion del Consejo Nacional de Poblacion y, el catalogo de municipios del Instituto Nacional de Estadistica y Geografia. Resultados: Se calcularon las tasas de delitos por cada 100 mil habitantes. Se ha logrado hacer mejoras en el proceso de automatizacion, en particular en la codificacion de las variables que permiten la integracion con otras fuentes de informacion, asi como en la generacion de las tasas. La base de datos resultante fue utilizada para el mapeo, del cual se presenta un ejemplo. Conclusiones: Se pudieron detectar procesos que no habian sido planteados en los diversos esquemas desarrollados y se requiere una revision de los tipos de mapas.
