Practicas Participativas y Capital Social. Una perspectiva desde el Plan Maestro de Intervencion Urbana de la ZOCM

Abstract

Desde la Comision de Brundtland la sustentabilidad surge como un concepto en el cual lo social cobra gran importancia para promover el desarrollo sostenible en las naciones, asumiendo que la pobreza y la degradacion medioambiental son aspectos relacionados que constituyen la perdida de oportunidades y recursos, haciendo un llamado para el cambio de la politica publica de cada gobierno , y es a partir de entonces cuando a traves de la llamada "democratizacion de la vida publica", los diferentes actores sociales trabajan de manera conjunta con cada gobierno, a fin de mejorar su ambito socioeconomico. Los cuales han reclamado su participacion directa en asuntos concernientes a su ambito socioeconomico, sin embargo, hasta el momento no se ha evaluado el enorme potencial que el capital humano, relacional y estructural pude ofrecer para fortalecer las practicas participativas como un nuevo escenario de lo colectivo y eje articulador de una nueva esfera politica.
