Capital humano: Actor clave para el desarrollo de la innovacion empresarial (Human capital: key actor for the development of business innovation)

Abstract

El capital humano es el recurso mas preciado de cada pais, para desarrollar su politica economica social. Resulta esencial para el desarrollo del sector empresarial, dado su aporte en terminos de empleo, productividad e innovacion. El impacto de la crisis sanitaria de la Covid-19, ha puesto en peligro la economia mundial, demandando un capital humano altamente capacitado con ingenio, creatividad y cultura de innovacion para solucionarlos. Numerosos investigadores han hecho referencia a la importancia de la formacion y desarrollo del capital humano como generadores de innovacion y crecimiento economico segun sean sus competencias y habilidades profesionales, empleando para ello, diversidad de tecnicas y metodos cuantitativos y cualitativos. La presente investigacion tiene como objetivo comprender ?Como puede la gestion efectiva del capital humano impulsar la innovacion en las empresas y, por tanto, el crecimiento economico? Para ello, se enfatiza en los determinantes de los resultados de innovacion, como la motivacion, la experiencia, la movilidad y la colaboracion en I+D. Se constata la necesidad contar con politicas que promuevan el desarrollo inclusivo del talento, la inversion y colaboracion en I+D, la formacion de personal altamente capacitado y la proteccion de la propiedad intelectual, asi como con una infraestructura adecuada, para fomentar la innovacion y el crecimiento economico empresarial.
