"Una mirada al binomio de Innovacion y Economia Circular en Cuba(A look at the pairing of Innovation and Circular Economy in Cuba)

Abstract

Desde finales de los anos 80 cobro auge entre los academicos e instituciones gubernamentales, un nuevo paradigma en contraposicion al modelo lineal de produccion que ademas ya daba signos de tener una fecha limite, principalmente en terminos de recursos no renovables: la economia circular. La misma propone un modelo que conduce al crecimiento y al empleo sin comprometer el medio ambiente bajo un caracter sistemico y multidimensional de ciclo cerrado cuya base pasa por la gestion de la innovacion. Actualmente se desarrollan a nivel mundial multiples acciones para potenciar el transito al mismo y Cuba no esta exenta de esta situacion. En este contexto, se trabaja en el transito hacia modelos circulares. Esta investigacion, tiene como fin primario diagnosticar el desarrollo de la circularidad en Cuba, partiendo del punto en que se encuentra la innovacion y el paradigma circular en la actualidad. Para ello se hace uso de tecnicas estadisticas y de logica difusa, de las que se obtiene la importancia del acompanamiento institucional, la gestion de la innovacion y la cultura organizacional como variables transcendentales en dicho proceso.
