Abstract

El articulo propone un modelo teorico para la evaluacion del desempeno social cuyo proposito es valorar las practicas de corte social realizadas por organizaciones asociativas de produccion para obtener informacion util que aporte a la toma de decisiones y ayude a concretar los objetivos planeados. Esta se concibe a raiz del analisis de la evolucion de la evaluacion del desempeno social cooperativo a nivel internacional y local. El modelo establece premisas, plantea su objetivo, se cimenta en los principios de la Economia Popular y Solidaria, emplea enfoques del Buen Vivir, de sistema, por procesos, por evidencia y de mejora continua. Desarrolla el marco general de los componentes de su gestion, siendo estos la planificacion, evaluacion mejora, seguimiento e informacion. Ademas, cumple con la condicion de instrumento metodologico, pues expone las fases a seguir para su implementacion y adopcion por parte de los integrantes de la organizacion.
