La accion participativa y el desarrollo: estudio en Chimborazo, Ecuador(Participatory action and development: a study in Chimborazo, Ecuador)

Abstract

Este articulo tiene como objetivo presentar un criterio metodologico para investigar la pobreza y el subdesarrollo a partir de lo observado en Chimborazo-Ecuador. El enfoque, sostiene que los argumentos economicistas liberales no son suficientes para comprender el desarrollo; este manuscrito se fundamenta en el capital comunitario y en el devenir eficiente de transformaciones de un sujeto que se define colectivo por estar sometido a un mapa de relaciones. Para la metodologia, se usa la Investigacion Accion Participativa (IAP) acompanada de dos instrumentos: Mapa de Relaciones y en analisis de discurso el Atlas Ti. A esto, se anade la configuracion de Grupos de Investigacion en el territorio. Los resultados invitan a pensar la construccion socioeconomica y politica desde el angulo de la negacion que el sujeto hace del presente, de la estructura de relaciones y la convergencia entre los capitales comunitarios y las politicas publicas. La originalidad/valor se encuentra en que se realiza un vinculo solido entre el desarrollo y la capacidad de cambio de su base material.
